Our vision for this program was to move beyond subjective opinions and toward a standardized, professional framework. By creating a formal certification, we aren’t just training judges; we are building a foundation of integrity that the entire online community can rely on.

The USOMHS Judging Course is a training program designed for collectors who want to master the art of online model horse judging. Participants will undergo a multi-step training process, including visual presentations, written lectures, a proficiency assessment covering Breed, Performance, Collectability, and Workmanship, and 5 final mock classes. By registering, you are committing to sharpening your "judge’s eye" and upholding the highest standards of fairness in the online show circuit.

 

Certified judges are eligible to be selected for USOMHS-hosted shows with a compensation rate of $3 per division. Please note that judging opportunities are assigned on an as-needed basis and are not guaranteed.
